For stays of 60 days or more, guests are responsible for utility usage reimbursement, except for WiFi and security system. The house is located in a wooded area, so it's common to see wildlife like deer and squirrels. In the rare event of seeing a mouse inside, contact us immediately. No smoking is allowed, and pets must be approved before booking. Be mindful of noise levels, especially with guests on the second floor. Snow removal is provided only if more than 3 to 4 inches accumulate in one day, but snow shovels are available for guest use. Lawn maintenance is taken care of during spring, summer, and fall.
