You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. While designs are based on the photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 to $300, depending on the length of stay, with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. You’ll find everything from casual local coffee shops to high-end local eateries, and shops and attractions around every corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 7am. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Weapons and drugs are prohibited, and police will be called for any violations. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
