You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. Each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Enhance your stay with a variety of optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined from stays. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
