Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter, note: pool temporarily unavailable), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. While designs are based on the photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined) and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breed] are allowed. Known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there’s plenty for you to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. You’ll find everything from casual local coffee shops to high-end local eateries, and shops and attractions around every corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent, and you will have direct access to the Monon Trail. No smoking or parties are allowed. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Two towels are provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
