Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. While designs are based on the provided photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Enhance your stay with optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout, subject to availability and additional fees. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets (40 lbs combined) and an additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on the length of stay. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays.
