The City of Oakwood is a charming village, and you have the use of all their amenities. The apartment is in a 4 unit building on the second floor. Hardwood floors. Freshly painted and very clean. Dishwasher, gas stove, stainless appliances. Washer and dryer are in the basement for free use for the residents. I take good care of the building and maintenance calls are taken care of as soon as I possibly can. I am the owner and manager of the property. I will consider small dogs and cats, but first must approve of them. It's important to me to make the property an enjoyable place for all the residents, so a congenial and quiet dog is a must. We require a non-refundable $150 deposit for pets and a $25 monthly "rental" fee for the pet. Smoke free and drug free.
