New Albany has many fun restaurants, coffee, and ice cream shops. The gorgeous, brick public library is only 5 minutes away. The Philip Heit recreation center, New Albany Ballet company, tennis courts, and walking paths, are only a 3-minute drive. - CMH airport - 15 min - Safe neighborhood -1 Acre Private lot - Pet friendly (additional $50/month for pet and additional pet security deposit required) - Child amenities (books, games, booster chair, etc.) - 2 private workstations (one with an electronic desk) - state-of-the-art water softener and reverse osmosis system ensuring the water is safe for consumption and use. - Minutes from Intel, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, Downtown New Albany, and Easton shopping center. This is a beautiful luxury home as such there are some other lease requirements to note: 1 small pet (30lbs or less) is welcome. Additional $50/month pet rental. Additional $500 refundable pet deposit based on conditions explained in the lease. Tenant covers utilities including (wifi, electric, gas, trash) and bi-weekly professional cleanings (I have cleaners I can recommend that provide my tenants a discount). Owner covers lawn care, pest control and water softener. Tenant manages snow removal. Minimum of 2 month lease up to 12 month lease options.
