Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. Guests will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. Be courteous to neighbors and keep noise to a minimum when outside. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, while smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs, and no parties or large gatherings are allowed. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean. Hot tub cleanliness is essential, with a $250 fine for violations. Follow the hot tub rules, including no food or drinks, no glass, and turning off jets after use. If the property has a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but receipts will be reimbursed. Checkout instructions are appreciated but not mandatory.
