The fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and cozy bedrooms with premium bedding ensure a restful sleep. Enjoy memorable evenings at the outdoor firepit and seating area. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. Located less than a mile from Lake Erie beaches and downtown Mentor, this apartment offers easy access to Mentor's top attractions, making it perfect for beach lovers, weekend relaxers, and couples’ retreats. Be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. Decibel readers track noise levels outside, and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Smoking outside is permitted, but smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. No underage consumption or drugs, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean. The hot tub has a cleanliness fine of $250 if not properly maintained. Follow the hot tub rules to avoid this fine, including no food or drinks in the hot tub, no glass around it, and turning off jets after use.
