The fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and cozy bedrooms with premium bedding guarantee a restful sleep. Extras include fast WiFi, a Smart TV, ample parking, and complimentary coffee and tea. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. Be courteous to neighbors and keep noise to a minimum when outside. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, while smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean. Hot tub rules include a cleanliness fine of $250 for non-compliance, and specific guidelines must be followed to avoid this. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, with reimbursement available upon receipt submission.
