We are pet friendly with certain restrictions. Each apartment is allowed 2 pets. There is a 1 time non refundable pet fee of $225 for 1 pet or $325 for 2 pets. We require current vet records showing up to date on shots, and proof of flea prevention.

We require proof of dog tags for all dogs. The weight limit is 65pounds, NO exceptions !! The restricted breeds are Dobermans, German Shapherds, Pit Bull Terriers, and Rottweilers. Purebreds and mixed breeds of these dogs are prohibited.
