Dogs cannot exceed 30lbs. weight and/or 19" height at full maturity. $30 monthly pet rent and $500 deposit must be paid for each animal. Please contact the Leasing Office for a copy of our Pet Policy including breed restrictions.

Residents must contact the leasing office BEFORE bringing any animal onto the premises to ensure that the $500 pet deposit is paid in full and a $30 monthly pet charge is applied to the base rent. Failure to do so constitutes violation of your Lease.
