It is within walking distance to the many eateries and festivals in downtown Lebanon. Only half-a-block from the Carriage Parade and monthly summer festivals. The apartment is small and does not have a dishwasher or a bathtub (shower only in a small bathroom). There is a deck that overlooks the lovely backyard, which is rare for downtown living that has mostly parking lots in the back. Tenants must sign a one-year lease and pass a background check, with no evictions on their record. The first month’s rent and security deposit are due in full before occupancy. No exceptions. References are checked. The apartment is strictly no-smoking and no-pets. There is sometimes noise from the downtown area (music from summer festivals and the occasional drunk yelling on the street).
