'Willow Moor Townhouses 2' are located in Jefferson, Ohio and are owned and operated by Willow Moor LLC. We provide professional grounds maintenance, winter snowplowing, and trash removal. All utilities are metered separately, and are the responsibility of the resident. The heating system and hot water tank are both economical natural gas. Parking is provided for two cars per Townhome in asphalt parking lot. For your convenience, your mail is delivered to your front door, no communal mail boxes here! 'Willow Moor Townhouses 2' is a 'No Smoking Complex'. Anyone needing to smoke must do so outside on their patio. Jefferson Schools are within walking distance and are all new Kindergarten through 12th grade. They were completed in 2009. All apartments are equipped with Washer and Dryer hookups. The ground floor offers a Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen. All Kitchens feature a Double Stainless Steel Sink, Garbage Disposal, Refrigerator, Microwave Range Hood over the Stove/Oven, Dishwasher and a Large Pantry. A rear door off the dining room leads to a private outdoor patio. A gas forced air furnace provides heat, and Central Air-Conditioning provides the 'Cool'! All carpet and padding was recently replaced, as were all light fixtures. The second floor has two large Bedrooms and one full Bath. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, lots of closet space, and are equipped with TV and telephone jacks. There is a large linen closet in the hallway. All bathrooms have exhaust fans and were recently remodeled, including new Vanities, Counters, Faucets, Mirrors, Light Fixtures, Flooring, Etc. We require a one-year lease, after which you rent month to month.
