This apartment is just minutes from Lake Erie and Cedar Point. Designed for comfort and fun, this apartment features a spacious sectional couch and a 43-inch HDTV in the main living area. Each of the 3 bedrooms is equipped with a TV, and extra pillows, blankets, room-darkening shades, cotton linens, clothing storage, and hangers are provided. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove, dishwasher, freezer, blender, baking sheet, and drip coffee maker, along with cooking basics and dishes. Step outside to a private backyard with a patio dining area, propane fireplace, gas BBQ grill, and a hot tub for evening relaxation. Enjoy the garage lounge, which comes with a pool table, mini-fridge, and TV, plus books and reading material. For year-round comfort, the apartment has central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans. A washer and dryer are available in the building for added ease during extended stays. Families traveling with little ones will find a high chair available, with a crib, pack ’n play, and baby bath available upon request for a fee. The apartment is pet-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs for a flat fee of $125, with requests for a third or fourth dog subject to approval and an additional $100 fee. Ample driveway parking is available for up to five vehicles. This apartment is ideally located close to Lake Erie, just 10 minutes from Nickel Plate Beach and 5 minutes from Lake Front Park and Beach. Guests also receive exclusive access to Rye Beach Park, a private sandy beach with swimming and picnic areas, adding another layer of enjoyment to your stay. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. This is a non-smoking apartment, and any violation of the smoking policy inside the house will incur a $500 fine. Smoking is allowed outside. Absolutely no parties or unauthorized gatherings are permitted; violations will result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund, plus additional cleaning and damage fees. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Decibel readers are used to monitor noise levels outside. Underage drinking, drug use, unauthorized guests, and mini waste (confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces) are strictly prohibited. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund, and cats are not allowed. Remove shoes indoors to help keep the apartment clean. Two exterior security cameras remain on during your stay. The apartment recently had some construction work, and parts of the grass are currently being replaced, so some areas of the yard may still be recovering as new grass grows in.
