One bedroom apartment conveniently located in Heath, near the mall behind Kroger. Good neighborhood, low drama, and we plan to keep it that way. The apartment is 672 sq. ft. on 2 levels, and includes walk in closet, washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove, and A/C. Tenants pay water and electric, unless the unit is furnished. We also have 1 car garages available for an additional fee. We *do not* allow pets, and the lease will require no smoking indoors. Application fee of $25 per applicant is due at time of application.
