This house has been recently renovated with new paint and some new flooring in 2026, new kitchen cabinets & counter in 2022, new appliances (stove & refrigerator) in 2023, and a new roof in 2022. In addition to the gas heat, you'll love the eat-in kitchen with room for a family dinner table, the laundry / utility room with washer & dryer hook-ups and back entrance, and lots of closet & storage space. This house DOES NOT have central AC, and tenants will need to use window AC units. There is a convenient enclosed front porch great for protected deliveries, and a small covered back porch. The back yard is equipped with a shed and a large carport which is perfect for snowy winters. The yard is not fenced, but has a brick fire pit and space for entertaining. This house will rent for $1125 per month, and the tenant will pay for gas, electric, and trash service. The owner will pay for water service and lawn care. Pets are permitted for a one-time non-refundable cleaning fee of $450 (due at lease signing) and an additional $45 per month per pet. Security deposit (also $1125) is due at lease signing, and pro-rated rent is due at move-in. Tenants will be required to carry renters insurance.
