The property has decibel readers that track noise levels outside and a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning, but smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 fee will be charged for late checkout without prior notice. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and should not be used. Guests are kindly asked to remove their shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean and comfortable. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt. Checkout instructions are provided but not mandatory.
