Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. There is a $75 per day fee to heat the pool. The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with 4 well-appointed bedrooms, plus a pullout sofa for extra space. The upstairs bathroom is accessible through the bedroom with the twin trundle bed without a separating door. The basement bathroom is located on the unfinished side. Noise should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 9 pm and 9 am. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10 pm and 8 am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. No parties or large gatherings. Kids under 14 need adult supervision in the pool or backyard. Any under 18 unable to swim requires an adult watchful eye. No furry friends allowed in the pool. Keep sharp claws at bay to prevent rips. Avoid using plastic mini waste including confetti, glitter, water beads, and balloons, as well as pelletized materials like plastics, glass, and metals. The pool is a saltwater pool. The pool season closes on September 30 and reopens on May 15, weather-dependent. The hot tub should remain on and set to 100 degrees F when not in use. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed. If it’s a charcoal grill, bring your own charcoal. Please remove your shoes when entering the house. While cleanliness is a priority, our proximity to the lake makes bugs unavoidable, specifically mayflies.
