The fully equipped kitchen is ready for any culinary adventure. Additional amenities include an old school N64, board games, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a fee of $40 per day, up to $240 for the entire stay. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. The home is old and has some quirks. The stairs to the second floor are narrow and the ceiling slopes, so watch your head. The driveway is narrow, so be careful not to hit the side of the house or the curb. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, while smoking outside is permitted. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. A $150 fee applies for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean.
