One bedroom is located on the first floor and has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom on the first floor as well, with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, one with a queen, and a large master with a king bed and a twin trundle. The full bathroom features a walk-in shower. Wake up feeling refreshed and head outside to enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious front porch. The backyard features a propane grill and a small enclosed sunroom. The home also includes an old school N64 and board games, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a fee of $40/day, up to $240 for the whole stay. A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but just send the receipt for reimbursement. The home is old and has some quirks. The stairs to the second floor are narrow and the ceiling slopes, so watch your head as you go up or down. The driveway is very narrow, so be careful not to hit the side of the house or the curb if you park all the way in the back or garage. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice.
