Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, one with a queen, and a large master with a king bed and a twin trundle. The full bathroom features a walk-in shower. Wake up feeling refreshed and head outside to enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious front porch. The backyard features a propane grill and a small enclosed sunroom. This home also includes old school N64 and board games and a washer and dryer. Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a fee of $40/day, up to $240 for the whole stay. A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. This home is old and has some quirks. The stairs to the second floor are pretty narrow and the ceiling slopes, so please watch your head as you go up or down. The driveway is very narrow, please be careful not to hit the side of the house or the curb if you park all the way on the back or garage. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. If you violate any house rules, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
