It's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. Laundry facilities are located in the basement, and guests must be comfortable using stairs. Street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m. Please move your car into the driveway to avoid getting a ticket. No more than 4 cars are allowed at this house.
