Enjoy the convenience of a coffee bar featuring a dual Keurig and drip coffee maker, with coffee, creamers, sugar, and syrups provided. For entertainment and relaxation, there's a basement sauna, a workspace area for remote work, and a poker room with a poker table, lounge chairs, an arcade game, a Smart TV, and barware. A laundry is available on the first floor. Enjoy the heated inground pool with lounge chairs, a gas fire pit, and a propane grill for outdoor fun (heated is optional and for an additional fee).
