As you make your way upstairs into the cape cod bedroom you will find a spacious master, or if needed space for two separate bedrooms. The smaller portion has been transformed into a walk in closet and can be transformed back into a bedroom with the removal of the shelves. There is a brand new window unit for the summers as the upstairs can get slightly warmer than the rest of the home. Venturing outside you will find a spacious and fenced in backyard with a patio, a side mulched area great for entertaining, two raised garden beds, and a fire pit. As well as the backyard you will have a spacious garage that can fit a compact car with plenty of storage. If you do not drive a compact car do not worry!
