A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet, and $35 monthly rent per pet will apply. Breed restrictions include, but are not limited to: Pitbull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, Chow, American Bulldog, wolf hybrid or any mix thereof. Snakes and other carnivorous reptiles are not permitted.
