Pet Policy

Dogs and Cats Allowed

We are a pet friendly community. We welcome dogs and cats with a $300 non-refundable pet fee and $50 per month pet rent. ($50 for one pet, $35 for the second pet) There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per apartment home. We do have breed restrictions, please contact the office for further information.
