Please note that the original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children. The apartment shares a wall with a neighboring unit, so some city or neighbor noise is possible. This apartment is filled with gorgeous rare plants and upscale decor. It features a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and high-end appliances, high-speed internet, a 55-inch Smart TV in the living room with additional Smart TVs in all bedrooms, tower fans and white noise machines, a hair dryer, a handheld steamer, and a dryer. Street permit parking is available for one vehicle. If parking for additional cars is needed, the same street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee: 1-hour early check-in at 3 PM for $25, 2-hour early check-in at 2 PM for $50, 1-hour late check-out at 11 AM for $25, and 2-hour late check-out at 12 PM for $50. The apartment is a short walk from the Greater Columbus Convention Center and the Short North District, and less than a mile from downtown Columbus and Ohio State University campus. It's also a short drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital and CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport, with easy access to major highways and COTA lines. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
