There is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines for getting around the city. Goodale Park is right across the street, and there is also a convenience store right around the corner. Some city or neighbor noise is possible. To ensure a restful stay, white noise machines and fans are provided in every room for light sleepers. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the apartment are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the apartment only. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over unless under the reservation guest count; a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night, and an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet, per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay), and host approval is required. No photography or any commercial use on the premises is allowed without written permission from the host. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
