This apartment is filled with upscale and vintage decor, vinyl floors, a fully equipped kitchen, and smart TVs. Enjoy the comforts of a queen-size bed, high-speed internet, and complimentary toiletries. For light sleepers, tower fans and white noise machines are provided. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. Off-street parking for two vehicles is available. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee: 1-hour early check-in at 3 PM for $25, 2-hour early check-in at 2 PM for $50, 1-hour late check-out at 11 AM for $25, and 2-hour late check-out at 12 PM for $50. The location is perfect for exploring Short North, with many great restaurants and bars on North High Street. It's a short walk to the Short North District, the Greater Columbus Convention Center, and Nationwide Arena Stadium. Ohio State University campus and the downtown Columbus area are less than a mile away. You're also close to Goodale Park, a Kroger Food Market, and have easy access to major highways and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared walls with the neighboring unit. This apartment is conveniently located near the highway, so occasional noise may be expected. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. No loud music is allowed at any time. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet, per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay), Please notify us prior to booking as host approval is required. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over (even if not spending the night) unless under the reservation guest count.
