Occasional highway noise may be expected. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
