No loud music, parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are prohibited on the property. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
