Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, or illegal substances are allowed on the property. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. For any undisclosed pet, a $500 charge will apply. No photography or any commercial use is allowed on the premises without written permission from the host. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge.
