No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. This home offers self guest check-in and check-out with the smart keypad code given for the front door. There are four exterior security cameras located on the exterior of the entire home, one on each front porch and one installed on each rear door of the home and will be on 24/7 during your stay.
