Private off-street parking is available for two vehicles. If parking for additional cars is needed, street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay). The location could honestly not be more perfect! The Greater Columbus Convention Center is an 8-minute walk, Nationwide Children's Hospital is an 8-minute drive, Nationwide Arena Stadium is a 10-minute walk, Ohio State University campus and Kroger Food Market are less than 1 mile away, the downtown Columbus area is less than 1 mile away, CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive/Uber, and Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive. There is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines for getting around the city! Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. To ensure a restful stay, white noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, or illegal substances are allowed on the property (smoking is allowed outside the home only). No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over unless under the reservation guest count, and a $100 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night. For any undisclosed pet, a $500 charge will apply. No photography or any commercial use is allowed on the premises without written permission from the host. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. A dedicated workspace is available. Two exterior security cameras (one at the front porch, one at the rear door) operate 24/7.
