Please note that the original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children. The apartment shares a wall with the neighboring unit, so some neighbor noise is possible. This apartment is filled with gorgeous rare plants, upscale decor, and original hardwood floors. It features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, a 55-inch Smart TV in the living room, tower fans, white noise machines, a hair dryer, and a handheld steamer. Complimentary toiletries are provided in the bathroom. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. Private off-street parking is available for one vehicle. If parking for additional cars is needed, street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee: 1-hour early check-in at 3 pm for $25, 2-hour early check-in at 2 pm for $50, 1-hour late check-out at 11 am for $25, and 2-hour late check-out at 12 pm for $50. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge.
