This apartment is filled with upscale decor and offers a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, a 55-inch Smart TV in the living room with additional Smart TVs in all bedrooms, tower fans and white noise machines, a hair dryer and handheld steamer, and a dryer. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay). Street permit parking for one vehicle is available. If parking for additional cars is needed, the same street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. The location could honestly not be more perfect! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out. It's one block away from the local Kroger Market, 3 minutes to The Ohio State University campus, 5 minutes drive to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and Downtown Columbus area, 8 minutes drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital and Nationwide Arena Stadium, 10 minutes drive to CMH airport and Easton Town Center Mall, and offers easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines for getting around the city. Walking is the best way to enjoy Short North! Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. The original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over (even if not spending the night) unless under the reservation guest count. A $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night, and a $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests will be charged on top of the Extra Guests House Rules Violation fee. No photography or any commercial use on the premises is allowed without written permission from the host. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property. If any smoking is discovered after check out, the guest will be liable for the cost of the next day reservation, and a $300 additional cleaning fee will be charged on top of the $300 House Rules Violation fee.
