The apartment also provides easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, or illegal substances are not allowed on the property, though smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately.
