The apartment has brand new windows, new front and back doors, a fenced yard, off street parking, new water heater, new AC and furnace, etc. It has been freshly painted and has brand new blinds. 2 bedroom 1 bath. Rent $925 per month. First month, last month, and security deposit due at signing. $925 + $925 + $925 = $2775 There are two off street parking spaces behind the home. This is not a large property. The measurements of the rooms are as follows: Living Room - 9 feet by 15 feet. Front Bedroom - 9 feet by 8 feet 9 inches (no closet) Back Bedroom - 8 feet by 7 feet 8 inches (small closet) Kitchen - 14 feet by 9 feet. The basement is a full basement, so provides ample storage space.
