The kitchen is fully stocked with a gas stove/oven, fridge, cookware, coffee maker, and microwave. Note: No dishwasher is provided. The second floor is carpeted. Free parking is available outside in the driveway. Washer and dryer are free to use and are located near the first-floor bathroom. Pets are permitted, and you'll have access to the backyard area for your pets to use, though it's not fenced-in. The apartment is located about half a mile from the Cedar/Fairmount dining district, where you'll find local favorites like Zhug, The Fairmount Wine Bar, Luna Bakery, and Barrio Tacos. Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and Case Western Reserve University are a few miles away, no more than a 7-minute drive. Guests will use the private driveway to enter the unit. There is a security camera facing towards the main house, but there are no cameras inside this unit. In this area of Cleveland Heights, it's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. A thorough cleaning is done before each guest arrives to ensure that pests do not enter the house. In the rare event that you happen to see a mouse inside the house, alert us right away and we will take care of the problem. Pets are permitted, but guests are expected to clean up after them. Any outside droppings must be put in the garbage, and kitty litter boxes must be kept clean and disposed of on checkout.
