The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Pets are welcome with negotiable terms. A two-car detached garage is available. Private chef services, hospital amenities, car transportation, first-floor living arrangements, and car charging stations are available as a la carte options. This is an older house located in a wooded area, so it's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. For any guests who book a stay between 30-59 days, there will be a built-in $350 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If you surpass that cap by more than $25, you will need to reimburse for the overage. Guests who book a stay of 60 days or more are subject to reimburse directly for utility usage except for Wi-Fi and the security system. Absolutely no smoking allowed. No parties.
