The den is equipped with a Smart TV with Roku hookups, a comfy 3-person couch, and an extra chair. The dining room seats 6 people and connects to the fenced-in backyard area for outdoor entertainment. The kitchen comes with all major appliances, including a fridge, dishwasher, built-in-counter electric stove, and oven, with all dishware and cookware provided. The half bathroom and laundry room are connected to the kitchen area, leading up to the carpeted hideaway bedroom with a double bed, its own AC unit, and portable heater. The second floor houses two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and ample closet space, sharing a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The property offers a variety of a la carte options, including private chef services, hospital amenities, car transportation, first-floor living arrangements, and car charging stations. Pets are welcome, and the cleaning fee is negotiable based on the number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets. Located in a safe area, this home is just a 5-minute drive to Cleveland Clinic and UH, a 15-minute drive to Downtown Cleveland, and a 25-minute drive to Cleveland Hopkins Airport. The neighborhood is mostly comprised of retirees and families, with tree-lined streets and sidewalks ideal for morning walks or evening strolls. Guests have access to the entire house and two-car garage. For stays between 30-59 days, there is a $500 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If you surpass that cap by more than $25, reimbursement is required. For stays of 60 days or more, guests must reimburse for utility usage except for WiFi and security system. Laundry facilities are in the basement, and guests must be comfortable using stairs. Street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m., but cars must be moved to the driveway or garage to avoid tickets. No more than 4 cars are allowed. Snow removal is not provided unless more than 3 to 4 inches accumulate in one day. Lawn maintenance is taken care of during spring, summer, and fall.
