Noise curfew is from 10 PM to 7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM to 8 AM on weekends, with penalties for violation including a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation.
