Any cleanup related to a party or gathering will incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. No indoor smoking is permitted, and there is a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning.
