There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property and a $250 penalty if noise levels, parties, or other obscene behavior require a police callout. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance, and a $200 fine for leaving the kayaks on the pool. Damage to the interior or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback. Each guest above the stated number will incur a $25 per guest per night charge. Penalties will be withdrawn from your booking account.
