Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels, parties, or other obscene behavior require a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. There is a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Each guest above your guest number stated will incur a $25 per guest per night charge.
