The first floor includes laundry and a half bathroom, while all the bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the second floor. There are a few steps to enter the unit. Inside, you'll find all the comforts and amenities for a comfortable stay. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed and will be reimbursed upon receipt submission. This home is centrally located, offering easy access to downtown, the airport, and the Clinic’s main campus, putting the whole city at your fingertips. This is a multi-family home, so be respectful of the neighbors during your stay. Noise levels are monitored outside, and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise between 10pm and 8am. Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, while smoking outside is permitted. There is a $150 charge for late checkout without prior notice. No parties or large gatherings are permitted, and any violation of house rules or those of the OTA community will result in immediate eviction without refund. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but will be reimbursed upon receipt submission.
