Bedroom 1 for each unit includes two rooms with a door in between, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin. The twin rooms are only accessible through the other bedrooms. Bedroom 2 and 3 for each unit include a queen bed. There are a total of 6 bedrooms between the 2 units and 8 beds. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed and will be reimbursed upon receipt submission. This home is centrally located and provides easy access to downtown Cleveland and Cleveland Clinic's main campus. No cats are allowed. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. A friendly reminder to remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean and comfortable. If you violate any house rules, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
