A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Everything Cleveland has to offer is just a short drive away, including world-class dining, theaters, and sports stadiums in downtown Cleveland. The apartment offers a straightforward commute to Cleveland Clinic Main Campus for healthcare professionals or visiting patients, and quick and easy access to Hopkins International Airport for stress-free travel. The apartment is centrally located, allowing you to reach the city’s top spots in a flash. This is unit #2 of a triple-unit building. While the unit itself is completely private, there are shared exterior walls. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and if an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund. Any cleanup related to a party or gathering, no matter the size, will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused. Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10 pm and 8 am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
