Welcome to Kamm's Corners! This centrally located, stylishly decorated, and well-appointed house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the convenience of being able to walk to local parks, shops, restaurants, and bars in the charming neighborhood of Kamm's Corners. The downtown area is just a quick 15-minute drive, the airport is only 10 minutes away, and the Cleveland Clinic main campus is just 20 miles away. This is the ideal location for your visit to the Land! Spacious bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and necessary amenities make this house a home away from home. Keep in mind that the house is over 100 years old and although it has been updated, it still has some of its original quirks. This rental is for one unit of a duplex. One bedroom and the full bathroom are located on the second floor and the other bedroom and half bath are located on the first floor. The laundry is located in the basement, which is shared between both units of the duplex. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway off of Pilgrim Ave and on the street. The basement may have a slight "wet" smell during rainy periods, managed by two dehumidifiers. The area is clean, tidy, and mold-free. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. No cats allowed. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. No indoor smoking with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs. No parties or large gatherings. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. A friendly reminder to remove your shoes when entering the house. If you violate any house rules, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but just send the receipt for reimbursement. If it’s a charcoal grill, bring your own charcoal. While a small list of checkout instructions is provided, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests.
