This is the ideal location for your visit to the Land! Spacious bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and necessary amenities make this house a home away from home. Keep in mind that the house is over 100 years old and although it has been updated, it still has some of its original quirks. This rental is for one unit of a duplex. One bedroom and the full bathroom are located on the second floor and the other bedroom and half bath are located on the first floor. The laundry is located in the basement, which is shared between both units of the duplex. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway off of Pilgrim Ave and on the street. A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. The basement may have a slight "wet" smell during rainy periods, managed by two dehumidifiers. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs and no parties or large gatherings are allowed. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. A friendly reminder to remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone.
