The bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, including towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, with an additional cleaning fee of $20 per pet per night for stays of 1-7 nights, $200 flat rate for stays of 8-29 nights, and $300 flat rate for stays of 30 nights or more, with a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs allowed. A safe, walkable neighborhood makes it easy to explore kid-friendly attractions, dining, and shopping. Local bookings are not accepted, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day, and noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. There are security cameras in the hallways for security. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of $500.
