The bedroom features a king-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, reading lamps, and a 43" smart TV. The bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, including towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, and an additional cleaning fee of $20 per pet per night is required. There is a 2 pet maximum, and only cats/dogs are allowed. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are security cameras in the hallways for security.
