The bedroom features a king-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, a reading lamp, and an office desk and chair. The bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, including towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals with a fee of $20 per pet per night. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Nearby places include Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, Cleveland Medical Center, Cleveland Botanical Garden, Presti's Bakery, Etna, Mama Santa's, Forest Hills Shopping Center, FairFax Market, and Grocery Outlet. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. If the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning, you may be charged extra for cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered.
