Unwind in the cozy living room featuring a 50-inch Smart TV, or rest comfortably in the 1-bedroom space with a twin bed. The pull-down couch in the living area provides additional sleeping accommodations, perfect for small groups or solo travelers. Prepare meals with ease in the modern kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances, a coffee bar to start your mornings, and a dishwasher for hassle-free cleanup. Set in a beautifully restored Victorian home, this apartment combines timeless character with modern amenities. Its elegant design and welcoming atmosphere create a one-of-a-kind experience. Dedicated private parking is available next to the home. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. This apartment is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood just a short walk from the Cleveland Clinic. Its prime location offers easy access to downtown Cleveland’s dining, attractions, and entertainment, making it perfect for both short-term and long-term stays. The back entrance has keyless entry, and you will receive the code to the home and to your room on the day of your stay. There are decibel readers that track noise levels outside, and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 fee will be charged for late check-out without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone.
