Set in a beautifully restored Victorian home made in the 1800's with 16 units inside of the property, this apartment combines timeless character with modern amenities. We have private parking next to the home and the back entrance has keyless entry to enter the home. You will receive the code to the home and to your room the day of your stay. Unwind in the cozy living room featuring a 50-inch Smart TV, or rest comfortably in the 1-bedroom space with a twin bed. The pull-down couch in the living area provides additional sleeping accommodations, perfect for small groups or solo travelers. Prepare meals with ease in the modern kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances, a coffee bar to start your mornings, and a dishwasher for hassle-free cleanup. A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. Dedicated private parking is available. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs. No parties or large gatherings are allowed. You will be charged $150 for late check-out without prior notice. A friendly reminder to remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. While a small list of checkout instructions is provided, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for our next guests.
