No smoking is allowed inside the house, and a $500 fine will be charged for any violation. Please lock all doors when leaving the apartment, even for short outings. Before checking out, please set the thermostat to 70–75°F for A/C in warmer months or 67–69°F for heat in colder months. Use caution on the basement stairs, and please use the handrail at all times.
