Underage drinking, drug use, parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Violating house rules or those of the OTA community may result in immediate eviction without a refund for unused nights. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed and will be reimbursed upon presenting the receipt. If it’s a charcoal grill, guests should bring their own charcoal.
